2024 was a year of pausing to say the least. As the saying goes, "the best things in life can't be measured", said someone somewhere.

Below is a snapshot of fond memories for over this past year. In this day and age, it's way to easy to be cynical, put your head in the sand and just numb yourself by any self-medication available. I urge myself to not give into that voice. Instead, lean into the necessary work. Tune out the distractions. Pay close attention and REALLY be honest to what your head and your heart is telling you.

Despite a break in my professional career (the longest thus far), I'm slowly making peace with the progress I've made in other areas of my life. Maybe not in my bank account, or my resume, but my soul and my relationships have benefited from this pause.
